I don’t normally check the shoes when wandering the thrifts (the whole usually filled with shoes from Payless/ Kmart/ Walmart) but today the shoe rack called to me at Amvets.

I saw them.

I’ve only been lusting over them for nearly 20 years.

I couldn’t try them on (wasn’t wearing socks… sighs 20 years out of HS and still hate wearing them- used to have to wear socks, every day…)

But I figured for $3.98 if they didn’t fit could always ebay them.

But got home, found some socks and well…

Only 3.98!

I am now the proud owner of a pair of 20 hole black Dr. Marten’s.
